Page 1: Welcome to our survey about leadership for engineering education in schools

This survey is being conducted by the Centre for Real-World Learning at the University of Winchester for the Royal Academy of Engineering. We would like to find out more about the practicalities of providing leadership to promote opportunities for engineering education in schools.

By engineering education we mean any method through which schools provide opportunities for young people to experience engineering, which could be through subjects in the school curriculum or through extra-curricular enrichment activities.

What will the information gathered from the survey be used for?

The information will be used to help us understand more about the roles of leaders at all levels in creating opportunities for young people to develop an interest in engineering. Information gathered from the survey will be published as a report which will be freely available to all schools in 2018.

This survey should take you around 10-15 minutes to complete.

We are very grateful to the Royal Academy of Engineering for distributing the survey on our behalf.

If you submit your answers you will not be able to return to this page.
